Economical power: generic cialis

August 22nd, 2007 by Eric

The later introduction from Lily ICOS, Cialis, has proved to be equally effective in fighting erectile dysfunction condition for male persons. In some cases the medicine has proved to be even better than Viagra in respect of lasting of erection, and side effects.

However, some kind of sexual stimulation will be required after taking the medicine for starting sexual activities.

Following sexual stimulation, Tadalafil Phosphate, the generic name of Cialis, effects in helping the blood vessels in the male sexual organs to relax, allowing more and uninterrupted flow of blood into the organs.

You will be astonished to see the results. Your Penis will soon get a stronger and sustained erection for completing your sexual activities.

However we recommend you to consult a doctor before starting Cialis for fighting against your sexual dysfunction due to erectile dysfunction condition.

In order to get better benefits from the medicine it should be regularly used. Use of Cheap Generic Cialis will be less expensive as the branded product is having high cost tag and as such regular use of the branded medicine will be a burden to the pocket.

Generic Cialis is sold in the market in various names. Tadalis, Tadalafil, Apcalis and with so many other names the Cheap Generic Cialis is sold in the market.

Studies have proved all of them are equally effective if the medicines are genuine. Among them side effect of Apcalis is less than that of Viagra. Also erection with this medicine lasts for 24 to 36 hours.

Cheap generic Cialis is easily available in different places. The main source is Generic Cialis Pharmacy which may be over the counter stores or may be available through Internet Store.

However, use of Cialis been branded or generic, have some restrictions and prohibitions for using. A doctor is the best person to study the suitability criteria of the medicine and monitor the possible side effects of the medicine.

Branded or generic Cialis or any other similar kind of PDE inhibitor medicine may have some interaction with other medicines.

If Cialis is taken with any form of nitrates types of medication which are generally used for heart or chest pain, may occur serious problem with blood pressure. Some times the situation leads to a stroke. Like other medicines Cialis has also some side effects. These could be headache, flushing, stomach upset etc. In case these side effects strike you during your use of Cialis, immediately rush to the doctor.

If the side effects are monitored by an experienced doctor, there may not be much complication. The effects are generally diminished in course of time.

When the branded medicine is expensive, the regular use of a particular branded medicine becomes a concern. In such a situation, the generic medicines are the savior. Generic Cialis is also a similar medicine which fights erectile dysfunction as well as limits expenses.

Viagony and the Ecstasy

July 17th, 2007 by Eric

We at Firstmed keep abreast of all the news pertaining to the treatment of impotence or erectile dysfunction. This Sunday, a cover page article appeared in The Sunday Times entitled, ‘Viagony and the Ecstasy’. This article touched on many relevant and topical issues surrounding the sale of ED treatments. We have therefore decided that for the remainder of the week, we will dedicate our Blog to discuss some of the issues mentioned and hope that you give your views too.

One of the first issues discussed in the Sunday Times was the growing numbers of young recreational users of ED treatments. This is an issue that we at Firstmed have highlighted many times in the past.

Recreational user of Viagra is undeniable but it is by no provides an accurate profile of an average Viagra user. It was somewhat inevitable that a drug which is proved to increase sexual stamina was going to fast become part of the trend towards experimentation with drugs in today’s modern society. However, the type of customer who combines Viagra with hard partying, drug use and group sex is not the norm.

Far from simply giving sexual license to those looking to sell themselves as sexual supermen, the mainstay of customers seeking Viagra, tend to be the genuine article- Men who due medical reasons, age or psychological reasons are unable to maintain an erection sufficient enough for penetration.

ED treatments like Viagra and its predecessors Levitra and Cialis, have been very successful in treating ED as a genuine medical condition and in giving back sexual satisfaction to a host of men and their partners. I wonder if these patients find it objectionable that Viagra is often pegged in the media as being a destructive force in today’s society and that those who take it are thrill seekers. We would like to hear your views.

Does Cialis last too long for comfort

July 14th, 2007 by Eric

cialis-comfortable.jpgI began using Cialis about 3 months ago and I have been very pleased with the results. I made the decision to go with Cialis over other treatments initially because the large window of effectiveness appealed to me. I already felt immense pressure to perform and putting a ticking clock on the whole experience seemed too much to face.

The first time I took it was over a long weekend and the effect was amazing. I experienced virtually no side effects and the erection-enhancing effects lasted upwards of 24 hours, meaning that the sex that resulted was spontaneous and natural.

In the weeks that have passed, I have become more comfortable with the idea of ED treatments and wish to take them during the week also. While it is good that you can relax and take Cialis with food and alcohol over a weekend, I don’t like taking it on a weekday. I feel slightly nervous that it’s still in my system when I go into the office and although its makers claim that Cialis doesn’t have an effect on the libido, I am quite nervous about putting it to the test. With such a large window of time, it’s hard to tell exactly when Cialis is going to be effective. I’m quite worried about it causing arousal at the wrong time.

If anyone out there regularly uses Cialis during the week, I’d appreciate some feedback. If you’ve taken Cialis on a Monday night and had to make an embarrassing grab for cover on Tuesday morning, please leave a comment.

Once-daily Cialis treatment approved

June 27th, 2007 by Eric

cialis-treatment.jpgA once-daily version of the erectile dysfunction treatment Cialis has been approved by European officials.

Yesterday, the drug’s maker Eli Lilly said that receiving approval from the European commission meant that Cialis was the first medicine to be developed to treat impotence over a continuous period.

The drug has been developed to be taken all the time, in comparison with Viagra which is usually taken as and when it is needed.

Men who anticipate that they will have intercourse at least twice a week will be eligible to use the drug, which is expected to come into the commercial market in Europe during the second half of this year.

“ED is typically a chronic disease and, for some men, Cialis for once-a-day use will eliminate the need to plan sex within a limited timeframe as they would with other therapies,” said Abbas Hussain, president of European operations for Lilly.

Not Kids Stuff

June 21st, 2007 by Eric

viagra-levitra-cialis.jpgAs I was trawling through the latest news regarding the treatment of impotence I noticed a voting poll on the site of Men’s Sexual Health Center. This poll gives new insight as to the percentage of younger men using Viagra, Cialis and Levitra impotence prevention drugs for their love making experience.

I knew there has always been some evidence to suggest that these pharmaceuticals have caught on as recreational drugs in some circumstances and that men who have never suffered from impotence or performance anxiety, are using ED treatments anyway, in some cases as an insurance policy against the effects of alcohol, in others simply to enhance endurance. But this poll suggests that more than half the men less than 20 years old polled used Viagra Cialis or Levitra.

This is a very worrying trend. Erectile-dysfunction drugs such as Viagra and its newer rivals, Levitra and Cialis, were developed and intended for those suffering from erectile dysfunction due to age or any number of medical or psychological conditions not for young men who want a performance boost after a night on the town.

Viagra is also being combined with ecstasy in drug club culture to produce an aphrodisiac drug called ‘sextasy’. Most worrying of all is the trend in the gay clubbing community of mixing Viagra and Amyl nitrate(otherwise known as ‘poppers’). Combining the two chemicals can cause dangerously low blood pressure. Anyone who uses amyl nitrate is denied treatment as a result.

Taking ED treatments when you don’t need them may help to alleviate performance anxiety but Urologists warn that some men who don’t need the medication might develop a psychological dependency. And the long-term effects are still unknown.

All that said, not all under 30’s are taking ED treatments for recreational purposes. Indeed, Pfizer contends that if someone can feel the effect of Viagra, then they, by definition, have lost some sexual function.

If you are of a young age and have erectile dysfunction you should take a good look at your health and make sure that you go and see a doctor rather than just popping an illegally gained erectile dysfunction drug.

Cialis versus Viagra

April 2nd, 2007 by Eric

Usually, when we first hear about Cialis we understand the fact that this is the first competitor of Viagra as it fights against erectile dysfunction. Viagra appeared in 1998 and registered a high success because it was the first product of this kind. Nowadays a new successful product was attributed to ICOS Corporation which is to break the unbelievable success of Viagra. The series isn’t ending here; anyway, as another one called Levitra is expected to appear.

First of all, we must mention that the sell market of Cialis has reached an enormous level which is bound to put aside the success registered by Viagra in the late 90’s. What is important is the fact that from around thirty million people suffering from erectile dysfunction in the USA and another estimated number of one hundred and seventy five million abroad who are having this dysfunction and using these products, only a little part are using Viagra. Viagra has reached this year a total profit of $1,5bn, while the account of money used for these drugs (such as Viagra, Levitra and Cialis) raises up to $6.

Similar to Viagra, Cialis should be understood as a general performance provider, to just a regular treatment for the disorder. Anyone of us should know that there is a specific process of this medication which makes them be so successful, which constantly improves our lives: they work by blocking an enzyme named phosphodiesterase; which happens to relax some of our muscles, this way allowing a certain growth of the blood flow in your penis.

Another advantage about Cialis over Viagra is the fact that it is available in countries like the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Australia and it is about to be approved in USA too.

Moreover, a common argument brought in favor of Cialis is that its effects are faster than Viagra; the starting process can be reached at approximately sixteen minutes after taking the pill, while the entire process can lead up to twenty four hours or more. In contrast to that, by taking Viagra one may feel the effects after one hour and have them for four hours up most.

Like Viagra, an estimated number of 80% of people who have tried Cialis have had the opportunity and chance in the mean time to have an erection as well as sexual activities but in comparison with Viagra, the effects and potential of the user lasted for more than 36 hours after taking the pill; in this period of time the effects were almost constant. A possible explanation for this is the fact that Cialis persists longer in the body than Viagra does. The period of time for blood levels to fall 50% for Viagra records four hours, while Cialis makes it up to 17 hours. This can signify that a 25% of the original doze of Cialis is still in the body at that time.

To finish, it may be said that Cialis has finally shattered the’ unbreakable’ myth of Viagra by adding more tough points to the well-known advantages of Viagra. Logically, it is of a higher quality technique than Viagra this being the reason for the extreme beating out. Let’s hope things will not remain this way and will improve more and more up to perfection.

The Monogamy Gene

March 13th, 2007 by Eric

monogamy-gene.jpgEvery time the indiscretion of some high-powered politician or celebrity is splashed across the papers, the age-old debate of why people cheat is renewed with more vigour. But, it’s not just celebrities who cheat; ordinary people also cheat. In fact a recent news poll found more than two in 10 men admitted they had an affair. And it’s no secret women stray too.

Biologists have long understood that monogamy is rare in mammals. Of about 4,000 mammalian species, only a handful has ever been called monogamous. The tiny list includes beavers and a couple of other rodents, otters, bats, certain foxes, a few hoofed mammals, and some primates. People disagree strongly about the value of monogamy. Some people believe monogamy provides a context to deepen trust and intimacy. Monogamy from this perspective provides a foundation for social progress and offers people more secure relationships. Sexual monogamy reduces jealousy and builds the kind of trust and intimacy that makes relationships stable. This appears to be born out by research. People in sexually non-monogamous relationships experience jealousy more frequently than people in sexually monogamous relationships. Some studies report at least 80% of people in open marriages experience jealousy over their extramarital relationships. A five year study of bisexuals observed a shift from sexual non-monogamy to sexual monogamy in many participants because they “…felt that non-monogamy was too time consuming, took too much energy, or was too complicated. They also thought that it got in the way of developing love, trust, and more intimate relationships with a partner.”

Many criticize lifelong sexual monogamy as unnatural and unrealistic. They contend that humans have never been a sexually monogamous species, and that cultural expectations of sexual monogamy place enormous burdens on individuals to fulfil all the sexual needs of their partners. These expectations are quite unrealistic given how much variety exists in people’s sexual desires and sex drives. In addition, sexual desires and sex drives can change over time due to circumstances (e.g., periods of high stress or poor health) and due to normal aging (e.g., changes in hormonal levels). Loving partners can find themselves mismatched in terms of their current sexual desires or sex drives. The failure to live up to unrealistic expectations of lifelong sexual monogamy causes people needless suffering.

So what if the latter argument is right and cheating happens with both men and women because human beings are not chemically engineered to be monogamous. If nature propels us to go forth, be fruitful and multiply at every possible opportunity, what we need is an antidote to infidelity, a commitment pill designed to counteract nature. Imagine turning a bed-hopping Casanova into a dedicated, monogamous mate with the flip of a genetic switch. A study shows it may be possible, at least for the notoriously promiscuous meadow mole. Scientists are now focusing on a “monogamy gene” in vole mice, or field mice, which is said to promote monogamous behaviour.

In the study, researchers used a harmless virus to transfer the gene from monogamous male prairie voles, which are known to form lifelong bonds with a single mate, into the brain of meadow voles, who mate with multiple partners and lack vasopressin receptors in their brain’s reward centre. A few days later, the meadow voles had vasopressin receptors levels similar to those found in the prairie voles. Instead of mating and immediately moving on, the meadow vole would show more of an attachment to its mate.

Accomplishing the same feat in humans may be a bit more complicated, but researchers say they’ve found a gene that appears to have a profound effect on the social behaviour of animals. Pair bonding in humans is a much more complex process than in voles, social, economic, historic, and individual differences all play a role. The study, however, provides evidence, in a comparatively simple animal model, that changes in the activity of a single gene profoundly can change a fundamental social behaviour of animals within a species.

The Myth of Cialis Soft Tabs

March 12th, 2007 by Eric

Everyone is aware of the abundance of generic Viagra available online for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Every day mailboxes across the globe are filled with offers on brands such as Kamagra, Viogra etc. While people have become weary of generic Viagra, another product seems to have escaped scrutiny and has succeeded in taking on a more reputable standing.

The phenomenon known as the Cialis soft Tabs

Following the release of a spam mail in 2005 which saw a sexy nurse offering Cialis soft tabs, Firstmed received a record number of enquires regarding the availability of Cialis Soft Tabs and continues to receive weekly requests for a treatment that is generic and potentially dangerous.

A generic medicine is typically 20% to 80% less expensive than the brand-name original. Allowing effective competition between generic medicines and patent-expired original brands is crucial to lowering pharmaceutical costs and stimulating innovation. However, this said, there are many troubling issues surrounding generic medicines due to the easy access to an abundance of illegal generics on the internet breaking the patent ownership and the unregulated companies that produce and supply them. While generic medicines should be approved equivalent versions of trusted medicines, providing the same quality, safety and efficacy as the original, this is often not the case. A generic drug should undergo strict scrutiny before it is licensed and given market approval by national medicines authorities. In short, generic medicines should comply with the same strict standards of quality, safety and efficacy as original pharmaceutical products.

The lucrative business of selling generic drugs such as Cialis Soft Tabs on the internet has led to the establishment of many small backyard operations in developing countries, operating with low overhead and labour costs and no regulatory oversight. The lack of an independent monitory organisation means that there is a high probability that the treatment will not work or could even prove detrimental to one’s health. The result too often is pharmaceutical roulette for millions of unsuspecting people. Purchasing drugs from an illegal online pharmacy can cause serious health risks. Drugs sold by an unlicensed pharmacy may be:

• outdated or expired,
• may be manufactured in substandard facilities,
• may contain dangerous ingredients, may have been improperly stored,
• too strong or too weak.
• May contain the wrong drugs or even be outright fakes.

The problem is that while Cialis Soft Tabs don’t even exist in any legal sense, they have gained a strong presence online and are enjoying very strong brand recognition. Perhaps the problem could be helped and the validity of such generic treatments called into question if Lilly Icos, the manufacturers of the genuine Cialis issued a statement saying that soft tabs are an illegal generic and have no connection to the genuine article.

Blog for Patricks Day.’When Irish Eyes smiling’

February 9th, 2007 by Eric

patricks-day.jpgSt Patricks Day is celebrated annually on March 17th in honor of Ireland’s patron saint. Celebrations are generally themed around all things green and Irish In many parts of North America, Britain, and Australia, expatriate Irish and ever-growing crowds of people with no Irish connections but who may proclaim themselves “Irish for a day” celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, usually by drinking alcoholic beverages (lager dyed green, Irish beer and stout).

The most well known of all Irish alcoholic exports is Guinness, and many will be clambering for pint of the ‘black stuff’ this March 17th. Lovingly poured around the world, Guinness is associated with strength and sexual virility. It is not surprising, therefore, among the many lovers of the beverage, Guinness is called ‘black power’ and Viagra. Because of its color, stout is commonly perceived to be thick, rich, heavy and filling. It’s a meal in a glass, according to some and “liquid Viagra” according to others.

Does the powerful surge and settle that gives Guinness Draught beer its uniqueness, aid male potency. Well if the fact that 70million people across the globe claiming to have Irish roots is anything to go by then maybe there’s some truth to the rumour. However, according to Firstmed, the UK’s leading online impotence specialists, erectile dysfunction treatments such as Viagra, Levitra and Cialis are enjoying much popularity in the emerald isle. Perhaps these days, an unholy conncoction of Guinness and Viagra is being used to ensure that Irish Eyes stay smiling. I’m not sure that St Patrick would approve.

One makes you strong, one makes you stronger,
One makes you long — I mean, makes you last longer.
Don’t ask me no questions, it’s none of your business
What shenanigans come when I mix Viagra and Guinness!

Erection with cialis

January 9th, 2007 by Eric

erection-cialis.jpgDo you frequently feel that you have lost your sex forever? If the answer is yes, then you could be suffering from erectile dysfunction, means impotence. Don’t be panic; every sixth men would be suffering by impotence in this world. Erectile dysfunction starts as an occasional inability to achieve full erection but later one could be complete impotent. If you experience erectile dysfunction occasionally, do something about it on that time or later, or it could be a permanent problem.

A wide variety of physical and psychological factors are responsible for the erectile dysfunction. The physical factors could be diseases, disorder, surgery, trauma, stress, anxiety or depression. Chronic diseases are also responsible for erectile dysfunction like lungs, liver, kidney, heart, nerves. Arteries or vein can lead to impotence. Blood when collected in the arteries can prevent adequate blood flow to enter in the penis which can cause erectile dysfunction as well as low level of testosterone is also responsible.

Tiredness or anxiety is also a reason for not having an erection, but it doesn’t mean men are impotent. However improper erection is the first sign of respective problem which should be exterminated. The physical and nonphysical causes might be responsible for example a minor physical problem could slows sexual response may cause anxiety about getting erection. Anxiety can worsen the condition, to treat impotence always strengthen your relationship with your partner and communicate openly with her about the condition.

Psychological effects of impotence can bring fatal results in the man’s sexual life, from his relationship with his partner, social interaction and of course to his job performance. So it’s important for every impotent man to feel comfortable with impotence and not to behave like abnormal men. He should consult to the healthcare practitioner, enjoy the treatment and follow the instructions given by his doctor.

As psychological reasons are more responsible for erectile dysfunction, you should do some psychological exercise to eliminate this problem. Erectile Dysfunction drug plays a major role in the treatment of impotence. Cialis is the US FDA approved medication for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. A man can get better erection after taking the various erectile dysfunction drugs. Cialis improve the penile erection in less than half an hour and it will be effective for the next 36 hours that’s why we call it the Weekend Pill. Cialis is available in different dosage but buy Cialis only after consultation with your doctor. The other FDA approved drugs Viagra and Levitra don’t last as Cialis.
